How long does the Private Viewing Coordination process take?
The initial consultation usually takes 30–45 minutes, by call or in person. The curated shortlist is typically ready within two to three business days. Viewings are then scheduled around your availability — most clients complete viewings within one week of receiving the shortlist.
What does the Resident Care Programme include specifically?
It covers arrival transfer from the airport or port, initial cleaning and linen preparation, utility account setup, household essentials stocking, and a dedicated personal manager available for day-to-day requests throughout your stay. The scope can be adjusted; we discuss your specific needs before you commit.
Do you provide legal advice on tenancy agreements?
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Under the Long-Stay Support programme, we coordinate the tenancy process, walk you through the agreement so its terms are clear, and introduce independent legal professionals for formal review. This keeps responsibility and accountability exactly where it belongs.
Are the service fees charged in Thai Baht?
Yes, all fees are quoted and invoiced in Thai Baht (฿). We can discuss payment arrangements when you enquire. Fees quoted on this site are for the service programmes; property rental costs and any third-party professional fees are separate and agreed directly with the relevant parties.
