Our Story

Sirocco began as a question: why is finding a luxury home in Thailand so unnecessarily complicated?

The founders had spent years watching private clients — relocating executives, long-stay residents, and overseas investors — navigate the Thailand rental market largely alone. The listings were plentiful, but the guidance was thin. Properties were oversold, terms obscured, and practical matters left entirely to the client.

Sirocco was set up to change that. We opened our Kamala office in Phuket and built a small team with deep knowledge of the local market, strong relationships with reputable landlords, and a clear preference for honest, unhurried service over transaction volume.

Our work spans from the first consultation — understanding what a client actually needs — through to arrival, household setup, and long-stay renewal. We coordinate rather than advise on legal or financial matters, and we introduce independent professionals for anything that falls outside our scope.

The name comes from the sirocco wind: warm, steady, and carrying things to where they belong. It felt like the right description for what we do.

Our primary focus is the southern Thai market, where we have spent years building familiarity with the buildings, developers, and private landlords who represent genuinely fine residences.
