Sirocco charges fixed programme fees — ฿5,400 for Private Viewing Coordination, ฿16,700 for Resident Care, and ฿32,900 for Long-Stay Support — with no hidden charges based on property value or commission arrangements with landlords.
This structure means our advice is not influenced by which property carries the best return for us. We present what fits the client, not what fits our margins.
