How Sirocco works
1. Consultation
We begin with a careful conversation to understand your priorities, timeline, budget range, and any particular requirements — before anything else is done.
2. Research & Curation
We research both public and quietly marketed listings, check ownership and building records, and prepare a shortlist with candid written notes on each property.
3. Support to Settled
Depending on your chosen programme, we coordinate viewings, manage the practical matters of arrival, and stay available through the tenancy period.
Programme 01
Private Viewing Coordination
A considered consultation to understand your priorities, then a curated shortlist of luxury apartments and penthouses across Sukhumvit, Sathorn and Silom, with Phuket and Pattaya on request. Homes are drawn from established listings and quietly marketed properties, each with candid notes. Suited to private clients, investors, and expats who value calm, well-informed guidance.

Resident Care Programme

For formal review we introduce independent professionals; we coordinate rather than advise on legal matters. Ideal for relocation and long-stay living.

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht and confirmed before work begins. Third-party professional costs (solicitors, translators) are separate and agreed directly with those parties.
